It begins tonight and with a fresh leadership team, this season promises to be one of the best yet.
The club is thrilled to announce the appointment of Craig Woolston as its new president.
A passionate triathlete and dedicated community member, Woolston brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role.
"I’m excited to lead the Deniliquin Triathlon Club into this new season," he said.
"Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
“We want everyone to feel welcome, whether you're a seasoned competitor or trying triathlons for the first time."
The Deniliquin Triathlon Club is known for its vibrant community spirit and regular barbecues occuring throughout the season.
Woolston emphasised the importance of community engagement.
"Triathlon is not just about racing; it's about building friendships and supporting one another,“ he said.
“We hope to create a sense of belonging for all our members."
The Deniliquin Triathlon Club welcomes all interested participants to join the fun.
Registration for the new season is now open, and prospective members are encouraged to come down to McLean’s Beach this afternoon.
Arrive by 5.30pm for a 6pm start.
