Gary Parsons has been designated as the returning senior head coach, and multi-year Rams seniors' captain John Anstee will join him as assistant coach.
The club acknowledged the success of the seniors coaching this season in announcing the coaching appointments.
“Gary and co-coach Ash Morris did a fantastic job leading this year's side to their first finals appearance in several years, culminating in the club's first finals win in over a decade,” the club said.
The side finished in fourth place in the Murray League senior football in an incredibly tight season.
The side defeated last year’s reigning premiers Mulwala by 16 points in an amazing elimination final victory, coming from 26 points behind at three-quarter time.
Their time in the finals was ended in the semi-final when Moama snared a 14-point win.
Parsons is one of the region’s most decorated coaches, leading the Rams to four consecutive flags from 2001-04 and then masterminding a surprise success with a young team in 2011.
He returned to the role of seniors coach in an official capacity this season.
“Gary has a wealth of experience, which includes coaching the club's past five premierships, and his passion for the job, and the club as a whole, has not wavered one bit,” the club said.
“He thrives on nurturing and developing junior footballers and creating an inclusive, respectful and fun environment underpinned by hard work on the training track.
“One of our star senior footballers across many years, John Anstee, takes on the role as senior assistant coach after serving as the club captain for the past couple of years.
“John sets a fine example with his leadership, professionalism and work ethic both on and off the field, and we're blessed to have such fine role models taking the reins in 2025.
“We would like to thank Ash Morris for his wonderful contribution over three seasons, making the finals in two of those years, and we wish he and Emily and their young family all the best for the future. We hope to see them back around the club in 2025.”
Anstee has also committed to playing with the Rams again in 2025, and more player signings have also been confirmed since the end of this season.
The club has now made 10 senior football player announcements.
Also committing are Will Henderson, Cable Fitzpatrick, Harry Hillier, Luke Todd, Jack Hay, Zac Free, Marcus Moorse, Miller Fitzpatrick and Darcy McManus.
