B-grades match was a very enjoyable game for both players and spectators alike. In a clean, fast flowing encounter, Rovers and Katandra displayed mutual respect and exceptional sportsmanship.
Rovers defensive unit of Natalie Sampson, Jemma Keast and Madi Leetham punished any wayward shots with numerous rebounds and turnovers.
Britt Kirby, Sarah Purtill and Georgia Van Lieshout combined in the mid court, providing plenty of ball to Simone Lumbar, and the Rovers shooters capitalised on most opportunities.
This team is very exciting to watch with the way they back each other up and enjoy their netball.
