Saturday’s Campaspe Pennant results provided no positives for RSL with all three divisions going down to Echuca, Division 2 and 5 away and Division 3 at home.

In Division 2, Linda Harris continued her run of form with a great three-shot win - 22 to 19.
Meanwhile, both Mary-Anne Spizer and Tony Tonta were both in with a great chance before faltering in the latter stages.
Tonta led 17 to 16 with four ends remaining, but Echuca took the final eight shots of the game for a 24 to 17 victory.
Spizer led 12 to seven after 15, but again their opponents finished with the running, taking 10 shots over five ends to win 27 to 13.

Division 3, playing at home, had a forgetful day with all three rinks succumbing to Echuca.
Neville Austin, Archie Webster, Niels Hilton and Jacob Glenn had a tight struggle all day, losing on the last end 16 to 17.
Both Ron Marchetti and John Wilson were well beaten, 16 to 28 and 14 to 27 respectively to conclude a disappointing day for the Diggers.

Division 5 had a great tussle with their opponents, with Ken Bowden, Danny Stanmore, Graeme Gordon and Darcy Nilsson grabbing a 14-all draw after taking the final three shots of the game.
Tim Dover, Jo Chick, John Hulm and Gaye Goodwin finished strongly but could not bridge the final margin, going down 16 to 20.
