The Picola League’s top football and netball players will take centre stage at league vote counts in the coming weeks.

The junior vote count will be held next Monday, August 26 in Moama.
A player who places in the top ten for their age group in the league’s awards will have been sent an invitation.
Awards to be given on the night will be the leading goal kickers in the fourths and thirds, and best and fairest winners in junior football and netball grades.
Players from Blighty, Deni Rovers and Mathoura have been invited to attend, as listed.
Netball:
Blighty - Chelsea Weir, Ruby Pisasale and Lily Petersen.
The awards night for the senior grades will be held Monday, September 2, also in Moama.
Hazel Glowrey from Rovers.
Again, the top 10 of each grade is invited to participate in the vote count.
As well as best and fairest and leading goal kicker awards, the senior ceremony includes awards for coaches, and rising star awards in both football and netball.
