Organisers say it’s an exciting chance to play some fun, competitive golf, and maybe win some money.
Held on January 25 and 26, the challenge will be played across three events.
In the first two events, it will be a stableford medley format across four different grades, to be determined on the day.
The winners from each grade will receive $200, while second place in each grade will pocket $100.
Participants can choose from two shotgun start times, 7.30am and 12.30pm.
In the third event, which will be a 36-hole medley competition with no grades, you have the chance to take out $600 for first, $300 for second, $150 for third and $75 for fourth.
The entry fee for the challenge will be $20 per person, per day.
Entries close on January 22.
Up for grabs is a total prize pool of $4125.
Match committee member Vicki Brunker, who helped to organise the challenge, said she was looking forward to a good event.
“It has been done for a couple of years now, where the life members have sponsored the challenge, and we are just very grateful for their sponsorship of the event” Vicki said.
“We’ve had a few sign up so far.
“We are aiming for, and hoping to have, 100 people or more each day, of visitors and local golfers.
