Dust off your boots, because footy training has returned to Deniliquin’s Memorial Park.

The Deniliquin Rovers Football Netball Club is launching pre-season training for its seniors and thirds.

The first session for the senior teams was held last night and training will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6pm.

History shows that you will thank yourself later in preparing early for when the season starts.

Never played before? Haven't picked up a footy in years? That is not a problem ... all are welcome to try it out and you can even bring a mate.

All current, past and future Rovers players are very welcome as they launch into another big year for the blue and white.

The thirds training also kicked off last night with coach Chris Maher putting out a call to turn off the Xbox or Playstation and get moving.

Training starts at 5pm Thursdays.
