Deniliquin South Public School held its annual athletics carnival on Friday, October 30.
Students competed in track and field events on the school oval with Warbreccan winning the Thomas Shield for champion house on 280 points.
Mundiwa was second with 175, followed by Cornalla on 156 and Boonoke on 117.
Age champions from the day were: Senior boy - Liam Ford; Senior girl - Ava Richards; 11 years boy - Chase Bartlett; 11 years girl - Sarah Duffey; Junior boy - Lachie Campbell; Junior girl - Bella Hillier.Championship race (100m) winners were: Senior boy - Cobi Johnson; Senior girl - Ava Richards; Junior boy - Lachie Campbell; Junior girl - Bella Hillier.
