If you were dedicated enough to be up early or went to bed late on Tuesday, you may have been lucky enough to see another stunning aurora.

Throwing vibrant hues of pink and purple, local dairy farmer Rachael Napier was one those able to witness the atmospheric show.
And Rachael tells us with more solar flares happening right now, yet another aurora could be on its way in the next two to four days.
Our open skies make for amazing photographs day and night, but there’s something a little extra special about these aurora images.
Not everyone is as lucky to have such a view.
Another advantage of rural and regional living.
VRA craft their own ute
It was great to see so many of our local emergency services agencies participate in the Deni Ute Muster over the weekend.
As well as providing their vital services over the course of the event, many had their own information stands so they could educate the people on their roles.
A little bit of encouragement for recruitment might have also been on the cards.
The Deniliquin Rescue Squad - VRA Rescue NSW team had a particularly popular stand, with visitors able to get an up close look at all the tools they use in car rescues.
By the end of the weekend, they also gave a bit of a demonstration of how they are used to open up a car like a tin can to remove the people inside.
But the team did not want to turn up with just another non-descript car.
So they did a bit of prep first, and turned a normal four door car into a ute - using those important tools of course.
Poets perform at Muster
It’s the kind of event that’s talked about weeks before and weeks after it’s taken place, and we’re still receiving some great reports from the Deni Ute Muster
Once again the Deni Bush Poets provided entertainment to Muster goers on the day stage, conveniently placed next to the very busy food court.
Poets performed both Friday and Saturday morning.
Pat Smith regailed the crowds, with fellow Deni Bush Poets Graeme Dick, Ian Hill, Alex Allitt, Keith Platfuss and David Schoeffel patiently waiting their turn.
