As part of Goulburn Valley Water’s annual customer satisfaction survey, a sample of customers will receive an email inviting them to share their thoughts on water and sewerage services.
“Gaining insight into the customer experience allows us to identify whether we are meeting customer expectations for water and sewerage services,” GVW managing director Steve Capewell said.
“The survey is one of the most important ways we learn from our customers and improve our services.”
Feedback will be collected from seven regional water corporations and over 2000 participants, including the Goulburn Valley, East Gippsland and Central Highlands.
To encourage participation, each company offers respondents the chance to win one of 10 $100 bill credits, provided they submit their survey by 6pm on Sunday, October 13.
“Regardless of whether customers receive an email invitation, everyone can participate by visiting our website and taking the survey to ensure their voices are heard,” Dr Capewell said
The survey will be accessible on GVW’s website from Wednesday, October 2.
Each water corporation will announce winners in early November.
