Isabelle Pearn, Lucy Herberte and Luke Moorse will deliver a half-hour acoustic set as part of the welcome soirée at the Deniliquin RSL Club tonight.
The trio will also be involved in the official opening of the event.
To complement the Acknowledgement of Country, they will perform the National Anthem in both English and the local Wamba Wamba Perappa Perappa language.
Deniliquin High School music teacher Matt Kiley said all three are part of the Year 9 music class.
He said Lucy and Isabelle, as soloists, are often accompanied by Luke on guitar at various school and community events and welcomed the invite from the Deniliquin Chamber of the trio to gain more music experience and exposure.
“Isabelle performed the Welcome to Country in English and local language at a previous awards night, and both she and Lucy have been invited to sing it at other special events around the community too.
“They learned to sing the anthem in traditional language as part of the cultural program offered in Year 7, in partnership with the Yarkuwa Indigenous Knowledge Centre.
“As a result of their previous performances we were asked by chamber to take part in the night, and to also provide some light entertainment.
“The girls will take turns singing acoustic, contemporary pop songs with Luke on guitar.”
The soirée begins at 6pm, with the formal part of the evening from 7pm.
