An additional 55 votes had been recorded between Monday and the time of going to print yesterday in the Greater Murray region, but it has been enough to see Norman Berger drop out of the top three.
Joy Allan has picked up enough additional votes out of those counted during the week to find herself in third and with a chance of being elected.
But she is only eight votes ahead of Mr Berger, now with 289 votes to Mr Berger’s 281.
Kylie Berryman and Geoff Wise are still polling above quota, on 607 and 515 votes respectively.
Tom Weyrich and Kron Nicholas have each polled additional votes, but are still at the bottom in 5th and 6th positions.
There are still 990 of the total possible 3134 voted to be counted.
In the Moama ward, Gen Campbell (444 votes), John Harvie (426) and Bianca Hurn (415) are still looking likely to be elected, with the other four candidates all polling less than 300 so far.
There are still 906 of the possible 3129 voted to be counted.
The order in Edward River has not changed since our last report on Tuesday, with only an additional 56 votes recorded between Monday afternoon and going to print yesterday.
With just more than half of the 16 candidates to be elected, the top nine yesterday was: Kellie Crossley (952), Ash Hall (714), Craig Druitt (711), Frank Schofield (581), Leanne Mulham (432), Shirlee Burge (366), Ken Bates (235), Linda Fawns (146) and Shannon Sampson (121).
In the other half so far are David ‘Baron’ Schoeffel (113), Richard McDaid (108), Airlie Circuitt (73), Donna McFeeters (51), Collin Sander (51), Jeff Shand (31) and Greg Briscoe-Hough (13).
