Quilters embark on project colour wheel

The workshop will be hosted at the Multi Arts Hall in Cressy St, Deniliquin this Saturday and Sunday.

The workshop forms part of a colour wheel project - a useful tool in the thread selection process.

It will include the creation of 36 different free quilting designs and 20 background linear in threads.

Once complete, the colour wheel will measure about 42cm by 48cm and will be a great ready reference for future quilting projects.

“This is a great opportunity to those new to quilting, or those wanting to increase their knowledge in the technique,” Deniliquilters president Liz Macdonald said.

“It will be a real treat for new and more experienced quilters.”
