Ben Macdonald claimed one new record, while Chloe Lawson broke three.
Ben broke the 11 Years Boys 50m freestyle record.
Standing for 17 years before last week, he beat the old record of 38.99 seconds by 17 hundredths of a second.
Chloe broke the 11 Years Girls freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke records, all of which had been in place for more than 20 years.
Chloe beat the old freestyle record of 35.19 seconds to post the new record of 33.28.
In the backstroke she bested the standing record of 45.84 seconds, and in backstroke she finished in 47.62 seconds to beat the previous record of 49.56.
It came as no surprise that both swimmers were named as champions for their age groups at the end of the carnival.
Both are also competitive swimmers outside of school, as memebers of the Deniliquin Swim Club.
The school said the records were a highlight of a great day of swimming, with all students performing well on a very hot day.
Boyd was the winning house over Cobb, McKenzie and Tyson.
Accepting the trophy on behalf of Boyd were house captains Ahmed Labib and Matilda Gray.
The school thanks Miss Maxwell for organising the day, the parents who came and helped with timekeeping and all the staff who helped.
The full list of age champions is as follows:
Senior Boy champions - Sam Strong and Henry Campion; runner-up - Jaxon Rothe.
