Everything that makes Mulwala a much loved tourist destination was showcased throughout Australia on Saturday as Weekend Sunrise broadcast their weather from our beautiful town.

Several segments each lasting two to three minutes was compiled in conjunction with tourist promotor Destination NSW, promoting the Mulwala Water Ski Club, Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort, last weekends rod run, the Mulwala Waterski Show Team and everything that the twin towns have to offer.
Weatherman James Tobin presented the day’s forecast from the lakes edge, on the lagoon at Mulwala Water Ski Club, taking a joyride in a hot rod, learning some golfing skills from YMGCR Pro Sandy Jamieson and watching the ski team practise.
“On Saturday we welcomed Weekend Sunrise weather to Mulwala,” Mulwala Water Ski Club Promotions and Marketing Manager Cathy Randell said.
“As part of a bespoke series called ‘JT Travels NSW’ with presenter James Tobin, and made possible thanks to Destination NSW, their brief was to spotlight many different experiences and operators from the surrounding area, as they broadcast live from the Mulwala Water Ski Club.

Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort Marketing Manager Rob Alexander said it was great to have the popular show broadcast locally.
“Birdie Squad legends Harriet and Ginny, alongside our teaching Pro Sandy Jamieson did an amazing job representing our club during the live telecast from Mulwala Ski Club on Saturday,” Mr Alexander said.
