Lyndon has been a diagnosed epileptic for most of his life.
After recently being told he could not drive for 12 months, he wanted to do something to raise funds for people living with epilepsy, like himself.
He has a page set up with the Walk for Epilepsy Foundation in NSW and VIC, where people can make fully tax-deductible donations.
Lyndon has set himself a fundraising target of $500 and will be doing the Walk for Epilepsy 1 in 25 challenge, which sees him attempt to clock up 100km in 25 days.
Walk for Epilepsy is operated by the Epilepsy Foundation, in association with their interstate partners, with the aim of funds for people living with epilepsy.
The Epilepsy Foundation, the VIC and NSW state partner, has been working for more than 50 years to ensure people living with epilepsy don’t have to face it alone.
In total, just shy of 1500 people have signed up to raise money, covering 64,000km combined so far and with $490,000 raised.
