Look what’s new to Deni

The electric buses will be used on school runs, starting from when children head back to the classroom on Monday.

A 57-seater bus will be operating within Deniliquin to start with, with a slightly smaller bus based out of the Moama depot.

A zero emission mini bus will also join the fleet.

The Transport for NSW led trial of buses in the regions will allow the department to understand how the buses perform in different conditions. The trial will be over 18 months.

The buses are supplied by the GoZero Group owned Nexport.

GoZero Group is the largest Australian manufacturer of zero emission buses through their ownership of Nexport and BusTech.
