The young Rhino is the only Deniliquin cricketer to have made the side.
The squad will take on Murrumbidgee Cricket Council in a game scheduled to be played in Hay on March 26.
It is a 50 overs a side match and play will begin at 10am.
The side will be captained by Kynan Laursen from the Murray Raiders, with Barooga’s Muphy Stephens as vice captain.
The rest of the side is Tom White (Tocumwal Cricket Club), Ethan Bovalina (Barooga CC), Crue Lucas (Katamatite CC), Max Thompson (Nyah CC), Jack Opray (Cobram CC), and Moama cricketers Jackson Groves, James Mason, Charlie Connors and Geordie Teasale.
“As we can bat 12 and have chosen a squad of 13, one child will be designated non-bat,” the Southern Riverina Cricket Council said.
Training will be held one week prior, on Sunday, March 19 at Koondrook Cricket Club, starting at 10am.
Training exemptions will be in place for any cricketers playing club finals the same weekend.
