Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working in roles that have allowed me to understand our region deeply - from caring for the elderly at Orana to working alongside state parliament and local councils.
I’ve seen both the strengths and the frustrations of our community.
One frustration is clear: Our council has been bogged down by internal conflicts, leaving our community to fall behind.
We deserve a council that listens, acts, and fights for the people, not for their own agendas.
That’s why I’m committed to making transparency a priority, keeping you informed and ensuring your voice is heard in decision-making.
I want to change how leadership works here, pushing for a referendum at the next election so our mayor is elected directly by the people, bringing accountability back to the heart of local government.
With my experience across multiple council areas and my understanding of government grant processes, I’ll ensure that Edward River doesn’t miss out on opportunities that help our community grow.
This election is about creating a council that reflects our values and our needs.
Together, we can make Edward River stronger. It’s time for a council that works for all of us. Because let’s be Frank, its time for change.
