The real estate business was named ‘Agency of the Year – Deniliquin’ for the fourth year in a row, by real estate agent rating website RateMyAgent.
This year, agent Jesse Taylor also won the individual Sales Agent of the Year award for Deniliquin.
Real estate agent and Big River principal licensee Angela Carmichael said she was proud of the team’s results.
“I am exceptionally proud of our team, and our brand’s reputation,” she said.
“To win once is an honour, though to continually have our dedication to customer services recognised year-on-year is truly humbling.
“There is no better feedback.”
As to what has helped Big River Real Estate get such good ratings over consecutive years, Mrs Carmichael said it is “significant emphasis on providing a customer-focused service in every sale and property management matter”.
“We genuinely enjoy getting to know each of our clients and their personal property-goals individually, and tailor a service to their needs. We believe that is true ‘customer service’.
“Being an independently owned and operated business allows us more flexibility in being able to tailor our service to suit a client's needs.
“The annual wins for us is just the icing on the cake.
