Enzo Sztejman was named Dux of the Deniliquin North Public School in 2022.

Enzo came first is most classes and represented the school a state level a number of times.
The December 14 presentation ceremony was held at the Deniliquin RSL Club, and was the first with families attending since before COVID-19.
There was a performance by the school band The Groovy Dudes and the graduating Year 6 students s were presented with special mementos.

Creative and Practical Arts Award for a Junior Student - Miles Allitt for excellent achievement in Drama and Visual Arts.

Junior Citizenship Award - Frida Gallpen-Brown for being a helpful and considerate student who respects the needs of others.

Indigenous Encouragement Award - Jhett Bullivan for his leadership and interest in developing the cultural understanding of his peers.
Senior Creative Writing Award - Annabel Wilson for her creativity, and excellent use of literary devices to engage the audience, in her writing.
Best Effort in Senior Primary - Brydey Maher for her exceptional diligence and outstanding application across all curriculum areas.
Hardwork and Dedication Award - Avala Pepper for her hard work, excellent application and dedication to her learning.
Diligence in All Areas - Kyah Watson for her diligent approach to her learning and her excellent achievement in English.
Science and Technology Award - Brydey Maher for excellent application and achievement in Science.
Marg Fisher Environment Award - Benji Marshall for his contribution and leadership role in the inaugural Deniliquin Blue Crew HPV squad.
Academic Improvement in Senior Years - Xavier Johnstone for excellent improvement and achievement in Literacy and Numeracy.
Brian Hopper Award - Amy Doherty for her outstanding skills in debating.
Senior Primary Citizenship - Xander Strong for being an excellent role model and captain of DNPS.
A Good Role Model for all students in all areas - Stuart Benger for having a positive and mature attitude to school.
Senior Primary Excellence - Alyssa Hawley for outstanding academic achievement.
Quiet Achiever - Amy Doherty for outstanding academic achievement in all areas.
P&C Hall of Fame Award - This year’s award goes to two groups of students - the DNPS debating team consisting Amy Doherty, Brydey Maher, Enzo Sztejman, and Alyssa Hawley and the Tournament of the Minds team consisting Kyah Watson, Avala Peper, Anna Wilson, Brydey Maher, Alyssa Hawley and Amy Doherty.
Sports Awards:
Edward River Council Trophy for Senior Sportsperson - Emma Wettenhall. Emma was Deniliquin North Public School’s sole, dual Riverina representative at a state level. Emma has represented DNPS for swimming and athletics in Sydney in 2022. In addition to this, Emma has also represented our school in cross country, tennis, netball and AFL.
Jennings Family Trophy for Senior Sporting Endeavour - Tynen Rothe. Tynen is a keen sportsperson who attempts all sports with enthusiasm and commitment. This year, Tynen has tried out for AFL, netball, soccer, cricket and basketball. Tynen has also represented DNPS in athletics, cross country and swimming.
Whelan Family Trophy for Senior Sportsmanship - Stanley Roberts. Stanley is a talented sportsperson who loves all sports, particularly basketball. He is willing to have a go at any physical activity, even if he has not yet mastered the rules or skills of the sport and has proven himself to be a very talented and determined athlete.
Premier’s Sporting Challenge Medallion - Aiden Walker. Aiden enjoys all forms of physical activity and this year has tried out for a number of PSSA sports. Aiden proved to be a valuable member of our inaugural HPV Energy Breakthrough Team, the Deni North Blue Crew. During HPV Fitness Training and the Marybourough Energy Breakthrough Aiden continued to impress with his individual fitness, goal setting and teamwork.
Wade Family Trophy for Junior Sportsperson - Chloe Lawson. In 2022, Chloe represented DNPS in cross country, athletics, and swimming. She was a state representative in swimming for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and the individual medley. A fantastic feat for a 9-year-old student.
Allitt Family Trophy for Junior Sporting Endeavour - Charlotte Gatacre. Charlotte has represented DNPS in cross country, athletics and swimming. Charlotte was a state representative in cross country, competing in Sydney. Congratulations on your sporting achievements Charlotte!
The Metcalfe Trophy for the Winning House - Mackenzie House.
Riverina Certificate of Achievement for a student who in one calendar year represents the Riverina at State in two different sports - Emma Wettenhall.
