It was Jump Rope 4 Heart Day on Friday at Edward Public School.

The last day of the school term saw two sets of choreographed team skipping demonstrations - the Jumping Jellybeans and the Jump Rope 4 Heart Demonstration Team.

Students were then invited to different skipping activities.

In the lead up to the day, students practised in lunch and recess breaks to be ready.

As well as promoting fitness, the day was a fundraiser for Heart Foundation Australia.
