The Coleman medallist and five-time all-Australian announced in August that his illustrious 18-year career would come to an end following the 2024 season.
Since then, Hawkins has been touring his retirement show, ‘The Record Breaker’ - named as such due to Hawkins holding the Geelong all times game played record at 359 and being listed 13th on the AFL all-time goal scoring list.
There is a range of packages available for purchase on the night to suit casual AFL fans and die-hard Cats supporters.
Tickets for just the show are $29 for juniors and $49 for adults, for the show and a photo with Hawkins, tickets are $69 for juniors and $99 for adults.
If you want the full experience, there are memorabilia packages available, you will be able to watch the show, get a photo and will receive an inscribed guernsey or football for $445 or $345, respectively.
Doors open at 7pm with photo opportunities from 7.30pm until the show kicks off at 8pm.
Hawkins will discuss a variety topics including his early career, familial influence, journey through the AFL, coaches, players, friendships with teammates and rivals, premierships, off field antics, life after football and more.
There will also be a Q and A, as well as silent and live auctions with limited edition Tom Hawkins and Geelong memorabilia.
Echuca Workers general manager Erin Langman emphasised the club’s excitement to host Hawkins, who is renowned as not only an all-time Cats legend, but a great of the game.
“We are thrilled to host Tom Hawkins, who we know is such a successful, respected AFL player,” she said.
“Bringing top class speakers to the local community is something that we are very fortunate and proud to do.
“It’s a great opportunity to see and hear such a top-class player in our locality, It will be a great event, and not to be missed.”
