Caryn jumped out of the blocks scoring one shot, four then one shot to take a 6-nil lead.

Maxine responded with a one and a three on the next two ends to narrow the gap.

Caryn scored seven shots to three over the next five ends, taking the score out to 17 shots to seven, by 12 ends.

Maxine scored three on the 13th end, but it was Caryn's day.

She won 25 to 12.
