Big day at Deni Saleyards

There were plenty of people and plenty of sheep at the Deni Saleyards last Friday.

Despite the overnight rain making conditions wet underfoot, it turned into a rather pleasant day when the spring Deniliquin Store Sale started at 11am.

Just over 33,000 head were offered on sale, with prospective buyers, interested onlookers and community members who travelled from near and far to get a gauge of sale conditions in Deniliquin.
