Comprising of 194.28 hectares or 480 acres in size, the holding is conveniently located just 17km northeast of Deniliquin via the sealed Conargo Road.

‘Box Creek’ features a recently renovated three-bedroom solid brick home offering ducted evaporative air conditioning, slow combustion heating, new roof, kitchen, floor coverings, verandas, entertainment areas, paint and more.

Working improvements include a 60x30ft shed/workshop with concrete floor, three phase power and lighting, 10 kilowatt solar system and 2x 5,000-gallon rainwater tanks.

The holding has been divided into four main paddocks with a significant amount of renewed fencing. Livestock facilities include two sets of sheep yards located at the southern and northern ends of the property.
